Bill began his ministry with Gethsemane in September 2007.  He grew up in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and graduated from the Cincinnati Bible College (where he met his wife, Becki) in 1988.  Following graduation, Bill spent four years “on the road” with the Watchmen Quartet and 16 years in located ministry with two churches in Ohio.  These ministries included
