We will have a bake sale with all proceeds going to the Berry Family. We raised a lot last year thanks to all your yummy contributions and I am anticipating raising even more this year! There are a few ways you can sign up. We have created a Signup Genius link you can click on at the bottom of this email with the categories and quantities listed. There will also be a QR code in the bulletin that takes you to the link. We have provided a sign up sheet in the Gathering Area beginning this Sunday if that is easier for you.

Drop off times for baked goods will be in the pavilion on Thursday, September 10th and Friday, September 11th from 4 pm to 6 pm on both days. Everything will need to be bagged or wrapped individually and ready to be sold when you drop it off.  For cookies, brownies, and bars I recommend a sandwich size ziplock bag. We prefer two cookies, brownies, or bars to a bag. I will be making labels for baked goods so no need for you to individually mark everything. I do ask if anything contains nuts that you let me know so I can add a sticker to those items. Just fyi Hobby Lobby has lots of baked goods packaging in different sizes.

I am looking for a few people who can make cake pops and chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. We welcome any specialty treat you like to make and want a nice variety like last year, but I do want to make sure we have those two items covered. Please text or call me at (804)836-9090 if you can help with either of those items and I will add you to the list. Also if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Thank you in advance for your sweet contributions!!
